Corn Manchurian


Corn Manchurian - Laxmi Bhandary




Ingredients: Maida 1/2 kg. 2 kg baby corn. Onion 1.4 kg.  Ginger & garlic paste, Salt Ajino moto, Green chilly. Tomato sauce. 

Method: Make a paste of maida, cornflour & salt using water.Take a teaspoon of ginger & garlic paste add it to d above paste. Dip the baby corn in the paste & deep fry till golden brown.Keep aside. Heat oil in another pan add the ginger garlic paste, chopped onions & green chilly to it. Now mix ajinomoto, soya sauce,  & tomato sauce to it. Add fried baby corn & mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
