Chilly Chicken - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Method : Marinate 2kg chicken wid 3tbs soya sauce,3tbsp vinegar, 2tsp haldi powdr,7 to 8s tsp chillie powder,lil ginger garlic paste n salt 2 taste.keep it for half an hr.
In a pan heat 3tbsp oil,add marinated chickn,cover n cook on high flame.wen half done add 15 nos.choppd garlic flakes,2"ginger n curry leaves,stirr well.cover n reduce d flame,cook till done.Garnish wid onion rings n cor.leaves.serve hot wid lime pieces.
