Butter Wheat Pancake


Butter Wheat Pancake  -  Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Recipe:

Mix a cupful of whole wheat flour with 3 well-beaten eggs and 3/4 katori of castor sugar. Beat well till it is fluffy n light. Add Eno fruit salt n beat well clockwise only, till it is light fluffy n glazy. In a nonstick pan, pour a tbsp of butter. Spread well on sim gas. Pour a tbsp of the batter to make round pancakes. Shallow fry both sides with butter till light brown in colour. Serve with dollops of homemade saltfree butter.
