Mango Kulfi


Mango Kulfi  -  Nandini Kini

INGREDIENTS:1 cup milk1 cup milk powder1 cup mango pulp1/4 cup condensed milk3 tblsp fresh creamsugar if needed.

PROCEDURE:In a bowl mix all these ingredients or put in a blender and blend itPour in kulfi moulds and keep in freezerIt will take 3-4 hours to setServe kulfi garnished with chopped almonds or pistas.
