Bhendi Stir Fry - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Method:
Chop bhendis into 1" length.. Heat oil fry jeera.. when it splutters add chopped onions n fry .. when pinkish in colour add chopped tomatoes n fry again .. now add jeera + coriander pd ( which v normally use for poha chutney ) n fry add red chilli pd n turmeric pd too mix well fry for a while add salt.. now add the bhendis.. mix well .. cover n cook .. mix in between do not add water.. cook till done..
