Mah Ki Dal



Mah Ki Dal - Sabitha Shenoy

Recipe :

Soak whole unskinned moong half cup, one handful small rajma soak 4 hours, pressure cook till tender with one small onion, two green chillies slit and hing, In a pan, oil, fry onion till brown, ginger garlic paste, fry, add tomato puree (of 1 tomato), fry till homogenous, add red chilli pdr, jeera pdr, haldi pdr, salt to taste, add cookeddhal mixure, cook till thickens, add a tadka of jeera in ghee, sprinkle coriander leaves and seve hot. Goes well with Parathas,
