Besan Burfi

Besan Burfi - Laxmi Bhandary
Ingredients: 
Besan 1 cup, milk 1 cup, sugar 2 cups, ghee 3/4 cup, cashew nuts powder 1/2 cup.



Method:

Fry besan till brown. And then add all the ingredients, and stir constantly till the blend thickens and the ghee comes out. Transfer the blend in to a greased thali and cut them when hot.
