Batate Gozzu - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
Method:
Boil potatoes and mash it .
Add water to it and make it like Dalitoy.
Bring it to a boil.add salt to taste
Add grated coconut and cook .
Season it with red chillies ,hing,and mustard.
Sprinkle coriander leaves.(optional)
