Quick Bimbul Nonchae - Roopa Bhandary
Recipe :
Wash & cut Bimbul lenthwise....marinate with enough table salt & keep aside....In a kadai roast 1 cup full red chillies till blackish in colour ....in another kadai, dry roast 2 handful coriander seeds, 2 tsp methi seeds, 2 tsp mustard seeds...& powder in a mixer with chillies....Then add the powder to bimbul & mix well...( BIMBUL must b very small (Tender) Otherwise it leaves lots of water...
