Palak Kebabs

Palak Kebabs - Nisha Baliga Shenoy 

Method:

1 potato boiled and grated
1 bunch palak blanched and chopped 
1 tsp chilli pd
1/2 chat masala
salt to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
2 tsp mint leaves chopped
2 tsp coriander chopped
pinch of haldi
bread crumbs as binder
Method
Mix all these in a bowl and knead well .Make into small balls and flatten it .Shallow fry it..Relish hot.
