Badam Burfi

Badam Burfi  -  Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Ingredients:

1 cup almonds, 1 cup sugar, cardamom pd., 2 tbsp ghee , 1/3 cup milk..

Method:

Soak almonds in hot water for 30 mins.. peel the skin and blend with enough milk..
Add sugar n whip for a couple of mins..
Heat ghee .. on low heat add the almond paste n cook stirring until it thickens..
add cardamom pd n remove from heat.. whip again in circular motion ..Pour into greased 
pan smoothen it with the ladle..let cool for 20 mins and cut into desired shape..Done
