Anjal Red Chilli Masala

Anjal Red Chilli Masala - Shraddha Ashwin Prabhu
Ingredients-
anjal fish 3 pieces,
Tomato -1
Kashmiri chilli pwd 2tsp,coriander pwd 1tsp,
Turmeric pwd 1/4 tsp
Methi seeds 3-4 grains
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Salt yo taste
Coconut oil 4 tsp
Curry leaves 1spring 
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger 1/2 tsp chopped.

 
Method.-

add all the ingredient s except the fish, curry leaves, coconut oil into a blender n graind a smooth paste.
Heat a nonstick pan add coconut oil n curry leave s n ground masala.when the masalais cooked n oil start separating add fish slices on top of the gravy n pour about 1/4 cup water into the pan n cover n allow to cook.after about 5mins turn the fish over without breaking it n cover n cook for another 3 min.garnish with coriander leaves. .
