Pumpkin Idly - Sabitha Shenoy
1 -11/2 cup grated pumpkin ,1cup rice rava, 1/2 cup finely grated coconut. 1-2 finely minced green chillies, 1small piece of grated ginger (optional), cor leaves and soaked chana dal and moong dal about I tsp salt. Mix all together, add water if it is too dry. Leave for half an hour, and make idlies. Serve with coconut chutney. I got this recipe from the net. Previously I never used to put dals and chillies. A small piece of jaggery can be added just for taste.
