Veg Hakka noodles-1pkt
Shredded cabbage-1small cup Capsicum-1 cup Shredded carrots-1cup Green chillies-5-6 chopped Spring onion-1 cup Garlic-2 tbsp Cornflour-3 table spoons Maida-2tbsp Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp Sugar-1 tsp Vinegar-1 tsp Chilly sauce-1 tsp Pepper powder-1 tsp Salt to taste
Method:
To make veg balls...
Take a bowl add half of all the shredded veggies along with 2 spoons of maida and cornflour, salt and little water. Mix well make balls. Deep fry and keep aside
.
For the crisp noodles...
For the crisp noodles...
Boil the hakka noodles along with salt and a tsp of oil till done..allow to cool and deep fry till crisp. Keep it aside.
For the sauce...
Take a kadai add olive oil 2tbsp Add onion, garlic and all the remaining veggies and toss well in high flame... For this add the sauces,salt, sugar and deep fried veg balls...add a cup of warm water...give a boil. Take remaining 1tbsp cornflour mix with a tbsp of water and add to the sauce.. Allow to thicken the sauce a bit. Switch off the stove.
