Surmai Curry

Surmai Curry - Nutan Shenoy-Kini


Recipe:

Ideal wid prawns pomfret surmai or rawas Saute chopped onions. Add gg paste saute well. Add tomato puree. Mix well. Let it boil. Add chilly pwd turmeric pwd n boil well. Add water to desired consistency. Boil on high flame for 4-5 min. Reduce flame to sim. Add fish pre-marinated with salt chilly pwd n turmeric pwd n gg paste. Boil to one boil. Adjust salt. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves n serve hot.
