Jhatpat Gobi Fry - Nandini Kini
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups gobi florets(cauliflower)
2 chopped onions
1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
4 tsp oil
Salt to taste
For marination:
2 tblsp curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
PROCEDURE:Wash the gobi florets and marinate with the above ingredients.
Keep for 15 minutes
Heat a pan ,put oil,add jeera,chopped onions and saute for 5 minutes
Put the marinated gobi and cover with a lid(dont add water)
Cook on a high flame to give the burnt taste
When the gobi is cooked garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rotis
