Dates n Dry Fruit Laddoo - Tanushree Aich


Recipe:

Deseeded soft dates 1 big cup
Roughly chopped dry fruits ( badam, pistachios, cashews, anjeer)
Ghee 1tbsp

Take ghee in a wok, add nuts & lightly roast them till crunchy
Remove & keep aside
Add the dates mash in the same wok...stir continuously till it forms a homogenous mass
Add the nuts, stir in to form a soft dough
Take off from heat, once slightly cooled make small laddoos & refridgerate
Alternately u could spread the mixture on a tray & refridgerate
Once chilled garnish with extra nuts & cut up as barfis!!
