Cauliflower Curd Masala - Pushpalatha S Pai
Recipe:
4 cups cauliflower , 1 cup curd savour, 4 tbs of 3 tbs of grated Jinger .& BISIBELE masala.4 to 5 choped green chilies,salt to taste .2tomatose.,
Thadka 1 tsp of jeera.& 3 tbs oil.
Make mixture of curd ,salt ginger,masala,cillies,salt.
Add it to the cleand & cut coliflower .keep a side for 20 mts. Put the marinated coliflower in microwave
For 5 mts make thadka in a pan mix the microwaved coliflower , mix we'll .varnish with tomato & coriyander leaves.
