Poha Cutlet

Poha Cutlet - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: Beaten rice 1 cup, boiled potatoes 2, onion 1 (finely chopped), small piece ginger grated, green chillies 2 (finely chopped), coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp, salt and lime juice 2 tsps
Method: Wash beaten rice in water. Quickly squeeze out the water. Add mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice. Mix it well. Divide the mixture in to equal sized balls and flatten them on your palm and shallow fry them on the tawa on both sides.
