1 cup suki chavli ...soak it in water for 3-4 hours....Grind finely with little salt,hing and green chillies....To this batter mix 1 cup of rice powder ...can make dosa in 2 hrs but if its kept for fermenting it tastes better...if you like can add finely chopped onions etc...
