White chana spinach tikkie - Vidya Pai 

Ingredients

1 cup chana dal
200 gram spinach
5 to 7 green chillies
A small piece of ginger
8 to 10 cloves garlic
Oil
Salt to taste

Method

First Soak chana dal for 4 hours. pressure cook

mash it properly.

Chop spinch finely, wash and add to chana also add chilli powder garam masala and all other ingredients

Shape like tikkiya.

Lastly fry them.
