Vietnames Basa Fish or White Fish Fillets (boneless)

Vietnames Basa Fish or White Fish Fillets (boneless) -  Anita Kamath Pai

Method:

Marinate fish in mustard paste , one egg, chilli powder, Parmesan powder, salt for half hr , crush nacho chips in mixer with pinch of salt (use corn flakes if nachos unavailable) mix with bread crumbs n cilantro chopped , roll the push over n pan fry till the crust is crisp.
