OATS & SOOJI DODDAKA

OATS & SOOJI DODDAKA  - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Method:

Soak 1 pav rawa + 4 tbsp oats for 10 mis. n grind to a fine paste , add 1/4 cup coconut now add the masala of coarsely ground 5 green chillies + ginger + 4 tbsp coconut + salt + sugar, n mix well the batter, add fresh coriander leaves.
