Tomato Rasam

Tomato Rasam - Anita Kamath Pai

Recipe:

Boil tomatoes , 2-3 flakes garlic n 1small onion .. Remove tomato skin n then purée , add water, rasam powder,pepper powder little , red chili powder v. Little , salt n bring to a boil . Make tadka of jeera, curry leaves , dry red chilli whole, garlic n add to rasam , add chopped coriander leaves.
