Tomato Gojju

Tomato Gojju - Rajashree Acharya Kamat‎Chop 3-4 tomatoes into small pieces. Take the same amt. of onion sliced vertically. In a kadhai, prepare a tempering of mustard seeds, hing, green chillies & curry leaves. Then add both the tomatoes & onions. Fry them in oil for a few min. Sprinkle some water, add salt & sugar to taste. Cover the kadhai for a few min. & let it get cooked on sim flame. The delicious gojju is ready. The water sprinkled gets mixed with tomato juice & other flavours & gives an awesome taste.
