Tawa Pulav

Tawa Pulav - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: 

1 cup chopped veggies (capsicum, peas, carrot, beans), cooked rice 1 bowl, Pav bhaji masala 2 tsps, chopped onions half cup, cumin seeds 1 tsp, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.

Method: 
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they splutters add chopped onions and fry till light brown or fry till the raw smell goes out. Now add chopped veggies and fry for 5 minutes, till done. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Add salt and pav bhaji masala and mix well, and add cooked rice. Mix till all blends well. Remove from flame. Add 1 tsp lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
