Spicy Jeera Ajwain Tukdi


Method :

Knead to a dough 1cup maida, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp 

turmeric powder, 1tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ajwain , 

1tsp jeera with 1 tsp hot oil and water. Make the 

dough slightly stiff. Divide into equal balls and roll out 

to thin chapathi's. cut into square with a cookie cutter 

or a sharp knife. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
