Sabudana Vada (Sago Vada)

Sabudana Vada (Sago Vada) - Shruthi Pai
Sago (sabudana)- 1 1/2 cups
Potatoes(grated) 3 medium sized
Green chillies finely chopped -3
Fresh coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsps
jeera powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1" grated
Onions - 1chopped
Rice flour - 1tbsp
Corn flour - 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil

Soak sabudana in water for 3-4 hours. Mix all ingredients except oil and prepare a tough .make lemon size balls out of the dough and flatten them between your palm . Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the vadas.
