Sabudana Kichidi

Sabudana Kichidi - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Recipe:

Wash n drain Sabudana.. Now add only just enough water to immerse the sabudana completely.. soak for min 4 hrs.. ( I soaked it overnight ).. Next day it will be fluffy n almost double the size..add salt n sugar n fresh coconut.. mix with hand gently..Heat oil for seasoning add mustard seeds n jeera when they splutter add slit green chillies + curry leaves.. now add boiled n cubed potatoes n roasted peanuts crushed.. mix well add a little salt.. Mix the sabudana n on low flame mix well.lastly add chopped coriander leaves...
