Bhangda Upkari

Bhangda(Raju) Upkari - Priya r Shenoy

Recipe
mackerel -3, red chillies--15 to 20... corriander seeds-4 teasp... urad dal-2 teasp.... fry these ingredients n little oil till they turn reddish....turn off...and let them cool...later grind them adding a small lemon sized tamarind....to a smooth paste...u can add sufficient water while grinding..

now boil this paste adding finely chopped onion (2 medium sized) and a small piece of ginger too..... in between add d mackerel pieces ...keep in low flame...let d fish gets cooked n d onion n ginger get nicely mixed n d gravy...turn off n pour about 3 to 4 teasp of coconut oil on the top.......
