Egg Chilly

Egg Chilly - Laxmi Bhandary
Method: 

Heat oil, add 1 finely chopped onion, fry for a while. Then add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. & 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & 2 tsp chilly paste. Fry for 2 minutes.Then add 2 tbsps tamarind pulp, 1 tsp sugar & salt to taste. Add 1/2 cup water To boil. Then add boiled eggs. For seasoning, 2 tsp oil, 2 slit green chillies & few curry leaves.
