Roshpon Pitha - Laxmi Bhandary
Recipe
Make a dough boiling 3 & 1/2 cups of water & adding 3 cups rice flour. Mix it well on sim till it becmes an equal mixture. Let it cool. Knead like chapati dough. Make small puris. In the center stuff spoonsful of sugar grated coconut n elaichi power mixture. Roll over to make a semi circle. Seal spirally for more aesthetic look or use karanji cutter. Now deep fry in ghee/oil as per your choice. Roshpon is syrupy & pitta is the envelope.
