Rawa Shevai With Sambhar

Rawa Shevai With Sambhar - Ananya Ashwini Pai


Recipe:

Make fine paste of 2tbsp of coconut. Now take this in a pan. Add 2 cups of water, salt to taste and heat it. Add 1 tbsp of oil and then let it boil. Now add 1 cup of rawa and keep stiring until it forms a dough. Turn off flame and make balls out of it and steam it for 15 to 20 min in steamer. Then squeeze them out with presser. Enjoy with sambar, chutney or urda gojju.
