Ingredients:
2 mackerel fish clean & cut in 3 pieces 10-12 fryed red long chilly 2 small fryed red chilly Lemon size tamarind 1/2tbs hing 2-4tbs coconut oil 1 string curry leaves 1/2tbs mustard seeds Salt
Method: Prepare masala first In a blender take redchillys tamarind little water grind it to fine peast. In a pan add coconut oil then put mustard seeds when it splitters add curry leaves & hing. Now add grinded masala fry 2 - 3 min add water if required once it boils add fish & salt. If curry become very spicy grated can can be added its optional.
