Pomfret Masala

Pomfret Masala  -  Nisha Baliga Shenoy



Recipe:

1 kg Fish 1/4 cup oil1/2 cup chillipd1 tsp turmeric2 big garlic crushed 1 tsp Coriander pd2 tsp Tamarind pulp, salt to taste

1. In a big pan, Mix all these ingredients and marinate with the fish for about 15 minutes.2.Cook on slow flame it done ( Fish tends to cook fast . dont stir in middle )3. Serve this as side dish with dal and rice.
