Paneer Tikkas - Roopa Bhandary
Recipe :
Marinate Mashrooms & Paneer with 1tsp ginger paste, 1 t sp garlic paste, 1 tsp chilli pdr, 1/2 t sp garam masala pdr, a pinch saffron food col , 2 tb sp besan, & salt to taste, 2 tbsp curds....Keep for 30 min....& Roast them in Tandoor /pre heated griller or tawa.
