Oat's Upma


Oat's Upma - Anagha Kulkarni 

Grind oats and fry them adding very little oil. In another pan add some oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida powder. Add some peanuts, cut onions, Cauliflower, carrots, Caosicum etc. When veg. are done, add oats and very little water. Add salt and a spoon sugar for taste. Squeeze lemon and garnish with coconut & Coriander.
