Mushroom Skewers

Mushroom Skewers - Ananya Ashwini Pai

Recipe:

Take skewers and skew them in order- onion ,mushrooms, capsicum. Once you are done with all keep them aside and then make a batter of cornflour, maida, salt, pepper powder. Mix well and dip these skewers and deep fry them on medium flame till they get crispy,light brown. Take them out on absorbent paper. Now prepare a sauce. For that take a pan and heat some oil. Add fine chopped garlic, green chilly and saute well. Add tomato, very lil soya sauce, schezwan sauce and give a mix. Add some water and then let it to boil. Adjust salt and add the cornflour slurry to it and keep mixing well. once they get thick add the fried skewers to it and mix well. let the sauce coat the skewers well. Then it ready to serve. take out on a serving plate and enjoy eating.
