Mushroom Pulav - Laxmi Bhandary
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked basumathi rice, mushroom 200 gms, chopped onions half cup, chopped tomatoes half cup, green chillies 2 - 3, chopped ginger small pieces, turmeric powder half tsp, coriander powder 2 tsps, chilli powder 1 tsp, kitchen king powder 1 tsp, coriander leaves few, refined oil 4 tbsps and salt.
Method: Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till they turn slightly brownish. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king powder and fry for 1 minute. Then add chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and chopped tomatoes, fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chopped mushroom and cooked for 5 minutes. Take off from heat. Add cooked rice, mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
