Mushroom Fry

Mushroom Fry  -  Sabitha Shenoy 

Recipe:

Wash the mushrooms and drain. Cut them if they are too big. Apply salt and keep it aside. After that sprinkle red chilly powder and salt .Leave it for sometime.Sprinkle rice powder .In another bowl mix rava and rice flour. Coat the mushroom by dropping it in the mixture. Keep it aside . Then deep fry.
