Mushroom Biryani

Mushroom Biryani - Rama Kini
Recipe: 

Cook 1cup rice...preferably basmati rice...and keep aside. Clean and chop mushrooms into slices. Chop 2 onions into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and fry till slightly brown. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 chopped green chillies and sauté. Add 1/2tsp coriander powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder and sauté well. Add one chopped tomato and fry till tomatoes become soft. Add the sliced mushroom and sauté till mushrooms are cooked. Add salt and the cooked rice and stir well. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
