Minty Aloo


Minty Aloo -  Dr Ramesh S Shenoy

Method:

Grind to a fine paste mint leaves (1 bunch), green chillies (10 - 12) & ginger 1 inch to a smooth paste. Heat 3 tbl spn oil, add 2 tsp jeera & diced potatos (half boiled) 2 - 3. medium sized. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes. Sprinkle salt. Add mint paste. Mix well for 2 minutes. Cover the lid & cook for 5 minutes, until potato is cooked.
