Methi Daal - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Method:
Heat Oil n add jeera.. when it splutters add chopped onions n saute add the chopped tomatoes when it is mushy add red chilli pd, turmeric pd, garam masala pd, n saute again add the methi leaves n fry .. when u get the aroma of methi leaves add the cooked toor daal n mix well add salt .
