Ingrediants:
Chicken -1/2 kg
Coconut grted - 1 cup
Onion -2
Pepper-5
Cinnamon -2 pieces
Corriander seeds-2 tab sp
Kashmiri red chillies-6
Garlic pods-8
Ginger-2 "
Baylevaes-2
Haldi -1/4 teap
Mustard-1/4 teasp
Jeera-1 tab sp
Tamarind -s mall piece
Cloves-5
first dry roast corriander ,jeera ,red chillies n mustard
den fry 3 garlic ,1 onion .curryleaves n lil oil for 4 mins...
fry cinnamon ,pepper bay leaves ,cloves
again fry coconut adding haldi till it turns golden mix all fried ingrdients except coconut
make a paste adding 3 tab sp water n tamairn.. wen its almsot smooth add d coconut n grind very coarsely
heat oil..add mustard,curry leaves
now add d remaing 1 onion sliced.... den goes ginger n garlic crushed (no need f making paste)
den add d chicken pieces... mix well adding salt n cover vth a lid to cook...keep on low flame..do not add water...
wen d chicken s cooked add d ground coconut mix ...mix welll...keep on low flame till its done...add curry leave son top..its ready...
