Recipe:25 gantie pressure cook n keep aside
1/2 coconut grated 15 red chillies 
1/2 lemonn size tamarind or ambado 1 tablespoon coriander seed griend to fine masala add crushed 10 flakes garlic to cooked gantii big to boil sprinkle 1 spoon coconut oil
