Ingredients: 1 pav wheat flour, 1/4 pav beaten rice (thick, soaked in water for 20 minutes), 1/2 cup coconut gratings, 1 pinch baking soda, 1 pinch salt, jaggery according to ur taste, 1 tsp cardamom powder & ghee for frying.
Method: First, grind beaten rice with coconut gratings to a fine paste.Then add wheat flour and 2 tbsps bombay rava. Add a pinch of salt, crushed jaggery, baking soda & cardamom powder & keep aside for 1/2 an hour. Heat appe pan ( greased with ghee) & make appos, fry lightly with both sides.
