Reciepe: 

Soak 1 cup rice 1 handfulll each ofchanadal moongdaalurad daalfor 4 hrs griend nd allow to ferment for 8 hrs adding pinch off haldi1 tablspoon ginger garlic paste1 spoon lemon juice 1grated carrot 1 spoon soda powder while making handvo heat pan keep jeera mustard tadka pour batterr dont spread close lid keep for 5 min turn and roast other side also
