Ingredients & Method: 3/4 cup ragi flour, 3/4 cup rava, one cup rice powder, salt and a pinch of sugar mix with water and prepare a batter like pan polo . Season with oil, mustard, jeera, pepper, green chilly bits, curry leaves, pinch of hing. Add finely chopped coriander leaves, and coconut bits(kettleh kudke) to the batter. Keep it for 10 minutes and make polos. Fry only one side. No need to flip over.
