Ingredients:rice-1cup
coconut-1/4cup
poha-1/2cup
jaggery-3/4cup
butter milk-1tbsp

Method: 
Soak rice for 2hrs..grind it with coconut nd when half done add poha..grind to a fine paste...before removing from the mixer add salt a jaggery and give a turn.remove from the blender and add butter milk and make it as a dosa batter consistency..heat the appe tawa...add ghee/oil a spoon in each bowl and pour the batter.Cover with the lid and cook in medium flame for 5mns and remove the lid and turn the sides...serve with ghee or can have just like that
