DOODHPAK

INGREDIENTS:
BASMATI RICE /ANY OTHER RICE
SUGAR
MILK
2-3 CLOVES N CARDOMOMS
NUTS N SAFFRON TO GARNISH 
GHEE FOR FRYING THE NUTS


METHOD:
PRESSCOOK RICE N AGAIN BOIL IT WITH SOM MILK TILL ITS NICE N SOFT N MUSHY.THEN ADD SUGAR AS REQ N 
BOIL TILL ALL THE SUGAR DISOSLVES THEN ADD 2-3 CLOVES N CARDOMOM POWDER N BOIL AGAIN..TILL IT 
REACHES A NICE CONSISITENCY..KEEP ADDING MILK IN BETWEEN IF REQUIRED.THE CONSISETNCY BE NEITHER 
TOO THICK NOR THIN.ADD SAFFRON N GARNISH WITH DRY FRUITS OF UR CHOICE FRIED /ROASTED IN GHEE
